A new “ACR Remarks” field has been added to Air Cargo report screen. The field is not applicable to the clients until system option is turned on by Expedient Support. If you are interested in the function, please liaise with Expedient support.
1. The field allows users to select the ACR Remarks Options from the dropdown box. Updating ACR remarks will not impact EDI status in Air Cargo Report screen, as the information in the field will not be transmitted to customs.
2. The field can be viewed and updated in HAWB Enquiry screen (Air Import Forwarding -> eCommerce Bond Warehouse -> HAWB Enquiry).
- The field is hidden by default. You are able to display the column by right clicking at column header and ticking the checkbox as below.
- In order to update the field at HAWB Enquiry screen, you need to click “Update Row” as below. If you update the ACR Remarks in the HAWB Enquiry screen, it will also update ACR Remarks in the Air Cargo Report screen simultaneously.
- ACR Remarks field is also searchable via Search Criteria in the HAWB Enquiry screen. You are able to use wildcard character i.e. ” * ” for search.
3. You are also able to maintain the ACR Remarks Options via Air Import Forwarding -> Air Cargo Reporting -> ACR Remarks Options Maint.
- The ACR Remarks Option text can be updated/added via the function.
- The ACR Remarks can’t be deleted, but it can be flagged as “Inactive”. If ACR Remarks Option is inactive, it will not display in the ACR Remarks dropdown list in Air Cargo Report/HAWB Enquiry screen.
