The following new system options have been created for Workflow.
NOJOBLOCK
If YES, then you can still access a Job that shows locked by another user in the Import Job Workflow screen. The Cherry Picking Option (Input Workflow Work Groups and Update User Workflow Groups) can also not be turned off (Set to NO). If you try to then the following error message is shown:
“Your site does not enforce job locking in workflow. You cannot turn off cherry picking”
WARNONLOCK
If YES, then it allows the user to access Jobs that are locked by another user. The following warning message is shown:
“Another user is currently working on this Job”
They are then directed to the Job Screen.
