Enquire User
When this button is selected, the user can directly enter a userid or use the zoom to select the userid. The records shown in the workflow screen will refresh and the results will be shown as they would see it on their screen. This is particularly useful when a staff member is absent. For the user to return to their own workflow, the user can press the “Escape” button or select “My Workflow” from the Enquire Role drop-down list.

The following error message will appear if you search for a user and there are no records that match the search criteria: “No records match this user”
Show Jobs When
When the “Show When” condition is based on ETA, Jobs with blank ‘ETA Dest’ dates are always shown. This is to ensure that they are not missed in the Workflow.
