Release 03/10/18 – Import Forwarding – Temperature and DG Information

This release provides an update to the Import Job Registration screen to allow improved temperature and dangerous goods information to be stored in the job, and against each container

For Air Import Jobs, you can enter the DG information into the Job tab, under the Goods description where the DG/Refrigeration flag is set to Dangerous Goods e.g.

Click on the zoom in the DG Class field to find the DG Class, UNDG No. and Hazardous Description.

For Sea Import Jobs, the required temperature for RF containers and DG information can be entered against each container in the Containers tab, e.g.

The Temperature column can be entered where the ISO Type is a Reefer container.

The DG columns will appear where the DG/Refrigeration flag is set to Dangerous Goods.  Use the zoom in the DG Class column to find the DG Class, UNDG No. and Hazardous Description.

The information will appear in the following documents:

  • Delivery Dockets
  • Transport Movement Advice
  • Pick up Request Notification
  • Container Time Slot Request (PDF, CSV and XLS versions)

This information can also be included in the User Configured Import Job Automatic Reports, and the User Configured Import Order Tracking Automatic Reports

The RF and DG information will be included in Transport Booking EDI Booking Requests.  This means the DG and temperature details are not required to be entered into the Container Delivery Details screen to complete the booking request.
