This release includes an update to the Import Forwarding Consol screens and the Import Job Registration screen to include the ETD Load for the Consol, and the ETD Receipt and ETD Load for the House Bill.
These dates will be used to appear on notifications, invoices and to calculate rates and costs accurately.

Import Job Registration screen
The ETD Load will populate from the Consol as jobs are added to the Consol. Where the ETD Receipt in the Job is the same as the ETD Load port, Expedient will populate the ETD Receipt date and time to match the ETD Load date and time
ETD Date and Time can be populated in the Consol and Job screen by the following processes
- FSU Airline Departure message
- EDI Manifest where ETD is included in the Manifest file
- Creating Jobs from Import Order Tracking Shipments where the Shipment has an ETD
The Auto-rating, Charges and Costs processes in the Import Job Registration screen have been updated to use the ETD Receipt date, where this exists, instead of DTVA, otherwise it will use the ETD Load date, to find the correct rates, charges and costs.
The Job Invoices have been updated to include ETD and ETA for Import and Export Jobs in the Shipment Details section on the invoice print
e.g.
The ETD Load date and time and ETD Receipt date and time can be included in the User Configured Import Jobs Automatic Reports and for User Configured Import Order Tracking Automatic Reports
The columns can be shown in Import Job Workflow (beta version).
Notifications can also be updated to show the Place of Receipt and ETD. Go to Administration -> Company Details Menu -> Generic Notifications Regist.
Selecting Port Information will now include Place of Receipt on Import Job Notifications. Select ETD and ETA to show both dates on Import and Export Job Notifications. The ETD will be the ETD Receipt, unless the ETD Receipt does not exist, in which case the ETD Load will print
