This release includes an update to the Accounting Module > Financial screens within Expedient.
Job Charges Tab & Job Invoice Screen
‘Profit Update’ column is relabeled to ‘Expected Profit’ and displays all profit that will be taken up when the invoice is posted.
WIP & Profit Enquiry Screen
The WIP + Profit Enquiry Screen defaults to a new ‘WIPS’ tab displaying any account codes with a balance which needs action. Balances in profit are displayed in Green. Balances in loss are displayed in Red. The full account code list is available in the job financials tab.
Debtors Invoice / Creditors Invoice / Job Disbursement Payments & Journals are also available as tabs within this screen. Previously these were only available in the Job Financials Tab.
A ‘View Job’ button has been added to this screen for an easy link back to the job.
