This release includes an update to allow users to map their bank statements within the Bank Reconciliation module, as well as an undo last load feature if the bank statement was loaded into the wrong account.
Bank Statement Mapping
Bank Statement Mapping for the Bank Reconciliation is available when the ‘Load Bank File’ option is selected and there is no file format assigned to the bank account.
Saved templates cn be saved & assigned to the bank account through Options > Bank Rec Options.
Undo Last Load
If the incorrect Bank statement has been loaded in to the wrong account, there is a new option to ‘Undo Last Load’ which will remove the previously loaded transactions that are not matched. Users will need to be granted the appropriate rights within their users masterfile (DELBANKRECLD)
