Expedient TSW Outward Cargo Report
Overview
The Expedient TSW Outward Cargo Report is designed to replace the legacy Outward Report submitted via B2B channel. In the TSW Outward Cargo Report, users are able to submit a single Outward Cargo Report at Consol level to include all the Export Clearance/Write-off created at job level. NZCS will advise users if the OCR is cleared or not by its response.
The new fields required
The following fields are new fields which may be required by TSW Outward Cargo Report:
- Master Bill & House Bill
- Change Reason
- IMO/Lloyds No.
- Other document Reference No.
- Itinerary
- Delivery Notification Party
- Attachment
Structure of TSW Outward Cargo Report
When the Outward Cargo Report is created, the following tabs will be available in the Outward Cargo Report screen.
- Outward Cargo Report Tab – Display declaration header information
- Container Tab – This tab is only available for Sea Cargo
- Consignment Tab – Display consignment information & Status
- Attachments Tab – To attach documents on the message
New feature in TSW Cargo Report Export
Consolidated Status
Consolidated status is the status set by Expedient for users’ ease of reference.
- Cleared – When Clear status is received from NZCS.
- Held – When Held status is received from NZCS, but no Error/Cancelled status is received from NZCS.
- Error – When Error status is received from any agency/consignment.
- Cancelled – When cancellation request is sent and approved by NZCS.
Attachment
The attachment function allows user to attach files in Consol>documents and send to TSW.
Toolbar Button
Validate
Validate toolbar will provide error/warning message to users before submission.
Re-prepare
Re-prepare function will allow user to re-set the value in the field to default value. This function is similar to repost in legacy Export declaration. Only uneditable fields in CRE are allowed to be reprepared. When re-prepare tool bar button is clicked, the Bill List window will pop up as below to list all House Bill associated to the consol.
