This release provides the ability to trigger Manual Shipment Notifications for the orders linked to the Shipment
The ‘Trigger Shipment Notification’ option is available from the Options menu in the Shipment screen.
Select which parties will receive the Shipment Notification and enter the text.
Expedient will locate all Orders linked to the Shipment where the recipients are the same across the orders e.g. the Forwarder, Client, Overseas Agent and Buying Agent are the same in the Orders where these are selected as the recipients. A notification will be sent to all the contacts at the recipients that match the Shipment.
An event will be created in the Shipment, SHNO.
The Shipment notification will list the Order Numbers and show the shipment information
