This release provides the following enhancements to Workflow.
- Job Tracking / Workflow tracking is available in a new tab in the Customer Masterfile. This is moved from the configuration tab.
2. New option is available to revise all registered jobs for a customer, from the customer masterfile.
3. Work Groups now can store multiple Customer Groups for ‘All’, or ‘Show When’ Conditions at both Job & Consol level. This is input in either the Job or Consol Workflow Tab. Some items have been moved from the 1st screen to their relative tabs.
4. There is a new option to unlock jobs from the user within workflow on return from the job screen for All Jobs or Jobs when there is a Show When condition in that work group. Jobs that are manually locked by the user will remain locked until the job has moved from the users workflow. If you wish to turn this option on please contact us.
5. There is a new option to add a group type to a work group depending if the shipping line has a web address. If you wish to use this option please contact us.
6. Data stored in the job registration > Various Information Tab > Field 3 has been added to the Import Workflow Screen.
