This release provides an enhancement to the Workflow module to provide Consol level Worklow
Milestones can be allocated at Consol level in a similar way to Job Tracking. The Milestones appear in the top right of each Consol Registration screen.
The Workflow screen has additional information relevant to Consol level tracking. The Workflow list will show a combination of Job level tasks and Consol level tasks depending on the user’s role(s). The Consol level tasks will not have a value in the Job column.
The Consol level columns added are
- ETA Discharge
- O/S Agent Code
- O/S Agent Name
- Storage Date
- Bond/Depot
- Co-Loader/Master Loader
The buttons at the bottom of the Workflow screen have been updated where a Consol line is highlighted as follows
- Documents – this will link to Consol Documents
- Milestones – this will link to Consol Milestones
- Exc/Skipped – This will display exceptions or skipped events for the Consol
- Double Click/Enter on the line to open the relevant Consol Registration screen
- Enquiry – This screen now includes Consol Number as a search criteria
- Notes – this will display the Consol Notes
Consol Workflow Set up
The Milestones at Consol level can be defined in the following screen found in Administration > Consol Tracking > Import Consol Milestones
Consol Workflow Roles have been added to the Workflow Role Categories screen found in Workflow > Workflow Administration > Import Workflow Administration > Workflow Role Categories. Consol level User Roles are available in the drop down list. The Consol Milestones are found in the tab behind Job Milestones
Workflow Regions can be set up that allow specific milestones to appear for origin regions. Countries and specific ports can be assigned to the regions
Consol level options have been added to the Workflow Work Groups screen found in Workflow > Workflow Administration > Input Workflow Administration > Workflow Work Groups. These options allow origin regions to be assigned to the work group and determine if the workgroup should include Consols with a Co-Loader or Master Loader
