This Release provides the following Enhancements to the Automatic Reports functionality:
1. Users now have the ability to select the days of the week and the times in the day that an automatic report should be run.
As shown in the screenshot above, user is able to select multiple days of the week and multiple times of the day that a Report is to be produced by the system and emailed to the required recipients.
2. User is now able to see some Administrative information on the report such as ‘Created By User on Date-Time’ and ‘Modified By User on Date – Time’.
3. Some minimum required date filters have been implemented to reduce report run times. Details are as follows:
User Configured Import Job Reports- At least one of the following dates is required;
– The Date Range for this Report Selection Criteria is now limited to 730 days (2 years). |
User Configured Export Job Reports- At least one of the following dates is required;
– The Date Range for this Report Selection Criteria is now limited to 730 days (2 years). |
Container Management Auto Email Reports- At least one of the following dates is required;
– The Date Range for this Report Selection Criteria is now limited to 730 days (2 years). |
