This release provides the ability for the Expedient Support Team to take remote access of your PC to troubleshoot application related issues.
A new menu option has been added in Sundry > Remote Support
If Expedient requests access to help you with the application issue please select this menu option. You will be asked if you want to allow ‘Splashtop’ to make changes to the PC
Under the direction of the Expedient Support Team select ‘yes’ and the SplashtopSOS application will be quickly installed. The next pop up screen provides a unique access number
e.g.
Provide this number to Expedient when requested so they can temporarily take over your PC and investigate the application issue.
