This release provides an update to include the Business Unit in the Supplier Masterfile. This is used to automatically populate the Order when the Supplier code is used.
When an order is created for the Client with this Supplier the Business Unit in the Order will be automatically populated from the Supplier Masterfile. It can be updated.
When events are created that trigger notifications to the Supplier, Expedient will check that the Business Unit on the Order matches the Business Unit for the Supplier. If they match or if the Order has no Business Unit the notifications will be sent to the Supplier personnel. Otherwise no notification will be sent to the Supplier.
