This release provides additional functionality to Search & Copy Rates and Quotes.
From both the Customer Rates & Customer Quote screens there is enhanced functionality to search, and new functionality to copy both Customer Rates and Customer Quotes.
Search Customer Rates & Quotes
Search Customer Rates
From the Customer Rates Screen you will see the option ‘Search Customer Rates’.
When selected, you will be presented with the below screen where you have the option to refine your customer rate search. Matching records will be displayed for you to view.
Search Customer Quotes
From the Customer Quote Screen you will see the option ‘Search Customer Quotes’.
When selected, you will be presented with the below screen where you have the option to refine your Customer Quote search. Matching records will be displayed for you to view or output to browse.
Copy Customer Rates & Quotes
Copy Customer Rates
From the Customer Rates screen you will see the option to ‘Copy Customer Rates’ for a new customer
When selected, you will see a pop up box where you can enter the Client Code that you wish to copy the Customer Rates for. You have the ability to keep the existing validity dates, or default the rate effective date to start today
Copy Customer Quotes
From the Customer Quote screen you will see the option to ‘Copy Quote’
When selected you will see a pop up box where you can enter the Client code that you wish to copy the Customer Quote for. You have the ability to keep the existing validity dates, or default the Quote effective date to start today.
Copy / Duplicate Rate Line
Within the Company Tariff, Customer Rate & the Customer Quote Screens you have the ability to duplicate the rate line. This option is available by selecting the ‘Duplicate Rate Line’ button at the bottom of the screen, or alternatively you can press the ‘F4’ shortcut button. When your cursor is on a new rate line and this option is selected, the data from the above line will be copied to the below rate line.
