This release provides the ability to assign the Agents in the Customer Masterfile to a group so that reporting on Debtors and Creditors invoices can be done by the Agent Network instead of individual agents.
A new Agent tab has been added to the Customer Masterfile. The Agent Network can be stored here.
Click on the zoom to view the available Agent Networks. Click on Add to create a new Agent Network Group. This will open the Agent Network Masterfile. The Masterfile screen can also be opened from the Administration menu
The Debtors > Reports > Invoice Listing Report has been updated to allow you to search for Agent Network and the Network is added as a new column in the CSV output
If the Client Code is left blank and the Agent Network is selected Expedient will report on all the Debtors in the Agent Network.
The Creditors> Reports > Invoice Listing Summary and Detail Reports have also been updated to allow you to search for Agent Network and the Network is added as a new column in the CSV output
If the Creditor Code is left blank and the Agent Network is selected Expedient will report on all the Creditors in the Agent Network.
