This release provides the ability to trigger Manual Order Notifications for all orders linked to a Consol, Job or Shipment.
The ‘Trigger Order Notification’ option is available from the Options menu in the Air and Sea Import Consol Registration screens.
The option is also available from the Order Tracking menu in the Import Job Registration screen and from the Options menu in the Shipment entry screen.
Select which parties will receive the Order Notification and enter the text.
Expedient will locate all Orders linked to either the Consol, Job or Shipment and send a notification to each of the selected entities on every Order.
The email notifications sent will be listed in the Order History tab as an Email Action again every Order and the original note text can also be viewed from this tab.
