This release provides an update to the PRA message submitted to 1-Stop to include Verified Gross Mass information required by the new SOLAS regulations that come into force on 22nd June 2016 in Australia.  A new notification is also available to send to the Shipper requesting the Verified Gross Mass information.

The new notification, VGM Declaration, is available from the Sea Export Job Registration screen where the Job is for FCL or FCX.  The bottom half of the notification is to be completed and returned by the Shipper.

In Australia the details of the VGM Declaration can be added to the PRA Registration screen in the new Verified Gross Mass tab.   This tab will appear if the Container Status is Full in the PRA Entry tab.

The Verified Gross Weight is shown from the PRA Entry tab.  Select the Method used to calculate the Gross Mass, enter the Date/Time and complete the Declarant Details section.  The Weight Certificate Details section is optional.

On selecting to Validate the PRA or Submit the PRA Expedient will check that all fields in the Declaration and Declarant Details sections are completed.

Before 22nd June 2016 any missing VGM details will be shown as a warning only.  From 22nd June 2016 onwards any missing VGM details will be highlighted as an error and the PRA cannot be submitted.

The printed Export Receival Advice will also include the VGM details
