Expedient provides a quick method of quickly classified unclassified parts. Use the Unclassified Parts option in the Reports menu in the Supplier’s Invoice screen.
When output as a CSV this report is in the same format required to loads Parts into Expedient.
Add the missing details to the spreadsheet. Then use the Load Parts File in the Supplier Invoice screen, or from Sundry > Down Load Data Files > Load Parts File (AU) or Down Load Data Files > Load Parts File (NZ) to load the updated file back into Expedient to classify the parts in one action. The Unclassified Parts template matches the Unclassified Parts report.
To update an Invoice that included the unclassified parts use the Reset Options in the Supplier’s Invoice screen and in the Pre-Job Supplier’s Invoice screen.
