On the occasion where you are not performing the delivery for customers, but you want to complete the job to force a delivery date to be populated you can set the number of days after Clearance to set the delivered date and therefore close the job. This may be helpful where you KPI set up with your customers, or you have the Expedient Customer Web Portal and you require jobs to disappear from view once completed.
The configuration can be set in the Administration > Customer Masterfile, Configuration tab.
