Print Menu – Business Units
When specific Documents are linked to a Job and the Document is being sent to a specific Recipient then the following validation is executed:
- If a Business Unit entered on the Job matches the Business Unit entered against the Contact (Client Personnel) or shows ALL, then the Contacts details are listed as a recipient in the Print Menu. For Example; If Business Unit Code TSTBUS is entered on the Job and TSTBUS or ALL is attached to the Contact, then the Contacts details are listed as a recipient in the Print Menu
If a Business Unit is entered on the Job and a Business Unit is not attached to a Contact, then the Contacts details will not be listed in the Print Menu.
If a Business Unit is not entered on the Job, then the Contacts details will not be listed in the Print Menu.
