A new screen has been created to upload 2 DAFF Post Code files; AQIS POST CODES
This Information is used in the Import Job Registration; Delivery Details; AQIS Class.
Location of Files
The 2 files can be found via the below link; under the Delivery Postcode Files Section;

- Metro Split PostCode List
How to Upload the File
Download the 2 files from the website mentioned and copy/paste the data into 1 file.
Select the Load AQIS File Button and upload the file.
File Format: CSV
There is no file name convention.
NOTE: Each time a new file is uploaded, it will override the existing records in this table.
If there is less than 20 errors in the file, then a window with the list of these errors along with the Line Number will be shown.
The system will only load the valid data and not include the incorrect Post Codes.

If there is more than 20 errors in the file, then the following message will be shown. It will only load the valid data and not include the incorrect Post Codes.
When the file is uploaded it will outline how many Post Codes have been loaded.
The following screenshot is an example of the message.
