This release provides the ability to trigger the EFT Reports to go to your clients when the AU Customs EFT report is loaded into Expedient.
If you have clients that receive the Automatic Reports EFTREP01 and EFTREP02 Expedient can send out the reports straight after the EFT File Load instead of waiting for the overnight automatic report process.
The Automatic Report screen has been updated for Report Code EFTREP01 and EFTREP02 to include a new flag highlighted below.
When the ‘When EFT file is loaded?’ tickbox is ticked the options to select a day of the week or day of the month will disappear.
When the EFT File is loaded Expedient will check if there are any EFTREP01 or EFTREP02 reports where this tickbox is ticked. The reports will run immediately and be sent out to the listed recipients.
