This release provides new functions to mass update and load from CSV files Client Required Dates and Carrier advised Dehire Dates. This release also provides improved Container Management Reports.
Update Required Dates
This menu option in the Customs folder allows mass update of customer required date and times for delivery of LCL, FCL and FCX jobs.
Jobs to be updated can be manually added in this screen or use the Load Required Dates toolbar button to upload the information from a CSV file.
The file must be in the following format with the columns in the order indicated:
- Job Number (mandatory)
- Container Number (optional)
- Required Date (mandatory)
- Required Time (Optional)

Update Dehire Dates
This menu option in the Container Management folder allows mass update of Dehire dates for FCL and FCX jobs.
Jobs to be updated with Dehire dates can be manually added in this screen or use the Load Dehire Dates toolbar button to upload the information from a CSV file.
The file must be in the following format with the columns in the order indicated:
- Job Number (mandatory)
- Container Number (optional)
- Dehire Date (mandatory)

Container Management Reports
Additional Search Filters
New search filters have been added to the manually run and automatically run Container Management reports to provide better quality analysis.
The additional search filters are:
- Forwarder
- Shipping Company
- Destination Port
Pick Up Schedule
This is a new Container Management Report which defaults to show jobs with an ETA in the next three days. The report will highlight where work is required e.g. timeslots have not been requested, no timeslot booking has been advised, documents have not been sent to transport, etc.
This report is available as a manual report and as a container management autoreport.
Container Availability and Missing Available Dates
This container management report has been updated to include jobs where the container available date has not been provided. This report will highlight where the missing information needs to be followed up.
In Yard and Days in Yard
A new field has been added to the Container Management input screen, In Yard, to indicate when the container was delivered to the carrier yard. This information has been added to the All Information report together with a ‘Days in Yard’ calculation so that users can track how long the container has been stored at the carrier yard before delivery to the client.
