Expedient now provides the ability to calculate the Quantity Factor in the Customs Quantity screen and store the value to the Parts Masterfile for future reference. If your site would like this ability please send a request through Support Tracker
When the Customs Quantity is entered into the Customs Quantity screen, available from the Supplier Invoice and Pre-Job Supplier Invoice screens, Expedient will calculate the Customs Quantity
On OK the Quantity Factor will be saved to the Parts Masterfile. The next time the part is used the Quantity Factor will be used to calculate the Customs Quantity automatically.
Any update to the Customs Quantity in the Customs Quantity screen will not re-calculate the Quantity Factor in the Parts Masterfile. If you want to change the Quantity Factor for the Part update the Parts Masterfile
