This release provides the ability to add permanent notes that can be saved against the Order and appear in all Order Tracking notification emails and reports to Clients.
A new tab, Order Notes, has been added to the Input Order screen.
Use the Order Notes tab to enter text for the order. The Order Notes will appear on all email notifications to the client and can be added to the Order Tracking reports to the client.
The Order Notes will appears on the email Order Tracking notifications.
The permanent Order Notes can also be selected to appear on the Order Tracking auto-reports to the client. User the Order Notes tick box in the Order Tracking Reports setup screen where a Detailed auto-report has been selected. A history of the event notes can also be added to the auto-reports in this screen.
