This release provides fast registration of regularly scheduled Air Export Consols, e.g. if your client books a Consol every Monday on the same flight. The new menu option, Airway Bill Bulk Bookings, is available from the Air Export Forwarding folder.
This screen holds the routing information for the bulk booked Consols.
On saving the routing information and the ETD date range for the bookings use the 
toolbar button to create the new Consols. The number of new Consols will be determined by the ETD date range selected and the day of the week the cargo will depart, e.g. for the example in the screenshot above 5 Consols will be created for the following dates:
- 28th August 2013
- 3rd September 2013
- 10th September 2013
- 17th September 2013
- 24th September 2013
Use the prompts or the 
toolbar button to view the newly created Consols in the Air Export Consol Registration screen.
The Bulk Booking Reference number will be shown in the Air Export Consol Registration screen so that bulk booked Consols can be easily identified.
