Expedient now provides the ability to store a default email signature that will be used for all emails generated from Expedient.
A new option has been added to the User Masterfile to allow the default Email Signature to be added and maintained.
Click the Email Signature toolbar button and enter the text you want to appear in your outgoing Expedient Emails.
The formatting of the text can be edited by holding the mouse at the top of the signature window
Please note that although images can be added to the Email Signature screen the images will NOT be included in the message to the recipients.
This text will automatically appear in the Body section of the Print Menu screen sent by the User.
