This release provides an update to the Personnel Masterfile which gives an easy reference to the Auto Reports and Container Management reports that the Personnel contact receives. The updated Personnel Masterfile screen has two new tabs showing Auto Reports and Container Management Reports information.
The Auto Reports screen displays the list of Auto Reports the Personnel contact currently receives.
If you want to stop the Personnel contact receiving one of the reports double click on the report title to open the Auto Report set up screen for the report and update to remove the contact from the recipient list. On save the Personnel Masterfile screen will be updated to show the contact has been removed from the recipient list for the report. The Container Management tab will be visible if your site uses the Container Management Module. The Container Management Reports tab works in a similar way to the Auto Reports tab.
This tab lists all the Container Management reports that the Personnel contact receives. Double click on a report title to open the Container Management Auto Email Reports Set up screen. If changes are made to the recipient list in this screen the changes will be reflected in the Personnel Masterfile Container Management Reports tab.
Please note that the Personnel contact cannot be removed from a recipient list by updating the Personnel Masterfile. Double click on a report title to open the Report Set up screen and make changes there.
