This release provides the ability to identify and store information for Depots, Terminals and Bonded Warehouses within the Customer Masterfile. This means documentation and reports run for Consols and Jobs from the Import and Export Forwarding screens can show more in depth information e.g. Depot Operating hours and Container Management reports include the Dehire Depot.
Customer Masterfile
The Customer Masterfile has been updated to include three new entities in the Company Type List.
Set the Depot Flag to Yes for Unpack Depots, Dehire Depots and Empty Depots.
Set the Terminal flag to Yes for Sea Terminals
Set the Bond W/H flag to Yes for Bonded Warehouses
New tabs will appear in the Customer Masterfile allowing extra information to be stored for these entities.
Depot Tab
Enter the operating hours and the website for the depot. These details will print on Import and Export Delivery Dockets, Delivery Orders and Arrival Notices, LCL Cargo Availability notice and Export Booking Confirmations. In Australia the Establishment ID for the depot can be stored in this tab.
Terminal Tab
Enter the operating hours and the website for the terminal. These details will print on Import and Export Delivery Dockets, Delivery Orders and Arrival Notices and Export Booking Confirmations. In Australia the Establishment ID for the terminal can be stored in this tab. At sites with vessel updates from 1-Stop store the 1-Stop Terminal in this field to ensure that Consols and Jobs for Imports and Exports are updated by 1-Stop with the Terminal for the vessel.
Bonded Warehouse
Enter the operating hours and the website for the Bonded Warehouse. These details will print on Delivery Orders and Arrival Notices. In Australia the Establishment ID for the bonded warehouse can be stored in this tab.
Sea Import Forwarding
The Sea Import Consol Registration Screen has been updated to add a Terminal Code field
The zoom in the Terminal field will list all the codes from the Customer Masterfile that are identified as Terminals. This field will be updated if your site receives 1-Stop updates and the 1-Stop name for the Terminal has been stored in the Terminal tab in the Customer Masterfile.
The Terminal information against the Consol will be added to FCL Jobs when they are added using the House Bills toolbar button in the Consol or when existing Jobs are linked to the Sea Import Consol.
For all other Job Classes the Unpack Depot will be copied from the Consol to the Job when they are added using the House Bills toolbar button in the Consol or when existing Jobs are linked to the Sea Import Consol.
The Import Job Registration screen has been updated so that the label and the zoom in the Bond/Depot field will list either Depots or Terminals depending on the Job Class.
If the Job Class if FCL the label will be Terminal and the zoom will show Terminals.
If the Job Class is LCL/FAK the label will be Unpack Depot and the zoom will show Depots.
Delivery Dockets can now be printed from the Consol Registration screen where the Consol Job Class is FAK using toolbar button 
or through the Options menu in the screen.
All the containers linked the Consol will be listed. Select the Transport company and one document will be printed for all the containers and the recipients will be the Personnel at the Transport company who receive the Cartage Document Distribution Group.
Air Import Forwarding
The Air Import Consol Registration screen has been updated so that Bond/Depot field has been relabeled as Bond and the zoom will list Bonded Warehouses from the Customer Masterfile.
Container Management
A Dehire Depot field has been added in the Container Management screen. A dehire depot can be added to each container. The dehire depot has been added to many of the Container Management reports, manual and automatic. Dehire depot has been added as a filter in the Automatic and Manual report screens improving import container tracking.
Sea Export Forwarding
The Sea Export Consol Registration screen has been updated so that the zoom in the Depot/Terminal field will show the appropriate Depots or Terminal depending on the Consol Job Class.
The zoom will show Depots for LCL and FCX, and Terminals for FCL.
When adding a House Bill using the 
toolbar button the Depot or Terminal will be copied to the new job. When linking a job to a Consol the Depot or Terminal will also be copied to the job.
The Sea Export Job Registration screen has also been updated so that the zoom on the AU Rec Terminal/LCL Depot field and the NZ Receiving Depot field is appropriate to the job class.
The zoom will show Depots for LCL/FAK and FCX and Terminals for FCL.
Terminal information in Export Consols and Jobs will be updated if your site receives 1-Stop updates and the 1-Stop name for the Terminal has been stored in the Terminal tab in the Customer Masterfile.
The Container Weight Declaration can now be printed from the Export Sea Consol Registration screen from the Options menu. All the containers associated with the consol will be listed and defaulted to print.
The PRA screen has been updated to default the PRA Terminal from the Terminal in the Job when a new PRA is created.
