Release 140226 – User Defined Automatic Reports – updates to Container Management and Job Reports

This release provides some updates to the User Defined Automatic Reports available for Import and Export Job Reporting and Container Management.

The Container Management User Defined screen has been updated to allow the user to select the Branch that should appear in the Report Header. The user can also add a text description for the report describing the search criteria for the report.

The Container Management User Defined reports have been updated to show the selected Reporting Branch address at the top of the report with the logo followed by the Report Description text. The colour of the column headings will also reflect the company colour.

User Defined Automatic Reports for Jobs, Import and Export have been updated in a similar way. Users can select the Reporting Branch address to appear in the output.

Additional fields for selecting jobs have been added:

  • Import Job Report
    • INCO
    • Supplier
  • Export JobReport
    • INCO

Events can now be added to the Job Report output. The Output tab has been updated to provide a search on field and events

Use the Field Descriptions list to select fields which are commonly show in the Import and Export Job Registration screens.

Use the Event Select list to select Events to appear in the output report. The Event Description will appear as the column heading and the date of the last occurrence of the event in the job will be displayed.

If a Container Event Type is select, e.g. Container Dehire, the Container Number must be included in the report output as a separate column. Expedient will show the Dehire Date where the CNDT event exists in the job matching the container number.

Please note the reports cannot be sorted by Event Codes.
