This release provides an update to the Load Parts File allowing users to create templates for loading parts information in different formats.
The Load Parts File is available from Administration>Corporate Interface>Inbound and from Sundry>Down Load Data Files.
The screen shows the ‘Default’ template and shows how the columns should be ordered in the file to be loaded. New templates can be created by clicking in the column field to change the column order and by clicking in the Field column to change the data to be loaded from the column.
To create a new template update the Column order and Fields required for the new template, enter a template name and click 
.
Templates must contain all the fields with ‘*’ in the name. These are the mandatory columns required to load parts information. The files do not require the column headings within the file.
