Release 131218 – AU/NZ Forwarding – Build your own Import and Export Automatic Job Reports

This release provides the ability to build your own automatic reports for Import and Export Jobs allowing you to set the report criteria, the columns in the report output, the order of the columns and the column headings. A new option is available in the Automatic Reports folder, User Configured Auto Report

The Selection Criteria tab provides a wide range of options to search import and export jobs. Select from the Report Option list and enter your search criteria. Use the tick box options on the left side to find exceptions. The Output tab allows you to select the columns to appear in the report, the order, how the columns are named and the sort order of the data.

The Delivery/Schedule tab allows you to set when the report will run and the distribution list.

The reports are in XLS format including your company logo and company colours.

You can test the reports before sending to external clients by using the Send Report Now from the Options menu

The Copy Report option can be used to set up a template report to send to various clients with minor differences between the reports e.g. Client DEMCON has a report for destination Melbourne. Copy the DEMCON report and update the new report to go to Client SAMPTY changing the destination to Sydney.
