In this release, we have added a new report under the following navigation path Management -> Reports -> Finance -> Finance Job Report
The Finance Job Report comprises of financial data at a Job or Job & Charge Code level depending on the selected Report Style.
Summary reports run at the Job level, Detailed reports run at the Job & Charge Code levels. Year to Date reports run at a job level by month over the calendar year, or the financial year.
Data is grouped by the selected ‘Group By’, for example a report grouped by job type, will split out the jobs into groups of each specific job type:
- Air
- Sea
- Interstate
- Warehouse
- Etc
Via the Date Selection, users may specify the date criteria by which the report is filtered (ETA, ETD, Date of Job Registration etc)
Via the Report Configuration group, users may specify the output columns or rows they would like to see on the report.
