This release provides the ability to store bin locations for air cargo checked in at your bond store. A check out screen will log releases to drivers and produce the Warehouse Release document. If you would like this functionality at your site please raise a Support Tracker ticket with Expedient Software. Please note the Bin Locations are not accessible where your site uses scanners.
The Outturn/Manifest Check-In screen has been updated to include the Broker name for easier reference. Right click on the column header row to select to show the Broker name.
The Multi Bin Entry screen has been given a better, clearer layout. This screen pops up when the quantity entered for the initial bin location is less than the arrived pieces value.
Multi bin locations are indicated with a ‘*’ in the Multi Bin column.
The Warehouse Bin Locations can be accessed from the Air Import Job Registration screen from the option menu
An Air Cargo Check Out screen has been added with in the Air Cargo Forwarding module.
Enter the House Bill to find display the bin locations and enter the number of pieces given and the driver. The number of pieces requested can be adjusted. Click OK to Save. Please note the bin locations are not accessible where your site uses scanners.
The Warehouse Release document can be printed from this screen using the toolbar button 
. The document will not be accessible from the Air Cargo Forwarding folder if your site is storing Bin Locations. The Bin Locations will be included on this document if your site is storing bin locations for Air Cargo.
Set the Confirmed Flag to Yes when the Driver leaves.
An automatic report is available that will list air cargo held in bond store for a specific client. The INBOND report is available in XLS format and can be sent for specific Brokers.
