This release provides the ability to search for NZ Customs Entries fitting your selected search criteria and a new Find function has been added to the Import Entry screen. The Customs Entry Enquiry screen is available from the Enquiry Only folder.
On opening the screen select a Job Status from the pull down list.
Enter any other criteria you want to narrow the search to and click OK.
The jobs matching the search will be listed in the Search Results. Double click on a row to open the Import Customs screen for the selected job or use the 
button.
Highlight a row and use the 
button to open the Job Registration screen for the selected job.
Use the 
button to allow sorting of the results by the column headings in the Search Results table. Once in Sort Mode use the 
button to see the results within a spreadsheet.
Use the 
button to hide the search fields and view more lines of the results.
Use the 
button to clear the search criteria and create a new search of Entries.
The Import Customs Entry screen has been updated in the FIND mode to allow a quick search for Jobs Not Lodged.
Click on 
and the new section appears at the top of the screen.
Click the list in Job Status to select ‘Entries not Lodged’ and a Department if required. Click OK and Expedient will find all unlodged entries. Use 
to scroll through the entries.
