On this release, the following two reports will be merged as a report “Declaration – Duty, Taxes and Charges”
- Customs Processing -> Reports -> Jobs / Declarations -> Jobs – VFD and Duty Paid
- Customs Processing -> Reports -> Jobs / Declarations -> Jobs – Duty/Quarantine Paid
The new report can be accessed via Customs Processing -> Reports -> Jobs / Declarations -> Declaration – Duty, Taxes and Charges
The new report has the following search criteria. Users can run the report in CSV, XLS or PDF format.
When “Summarised Charges” is selected, the report will display summarised charges/taxes.
When “Itemised Charges” is selected, the report will display itemised charges/taxes.
The report can also be run as a shelved report. The report code is PAIDREPORT which was previously used for “VFD/DUTY/DAWR PAID REPORT”. The shelved report will be run as a “Summarised Charges” report.
