In this release we have made changes to the WIP management screen so that you can now select multiple records at a time. We have also relabelled the Job Only Auto Profit Button to “Post Profit”. When multiple lines have been selected, this button will instead read “Bulk Post Profit”.
When selected, the Bulk Post Profit button will open the job journal screen in ADD mode, pulling through all charges with a balance for you to take up.
If a record already exists for a selected job in either the Job Only Auto Profit screen or the Job Journal screen a warning will appear and that job will be omitted from the job journal screen on exiting the modal.
We have also added a post toolbar option to the Job Journal and Job Only Auto Profit screen for ease of use.
