This release includes an update to the option ‘Consol Registration’ in the Job Registrations screens, import and export.
Where the Job is not already linked to a Consol, this option will now create a Consol prepopulated with details from the job including routing details and department. The consol screen will open in ADD mode so that additional information can be entered before saving the new consol. On save, the job will be updated with the new consol number
Before creating a new Consol, Expedient will check if the Masterbill Number on the Job already exists on a Consol that was registered in the last 365 days. If Expedient finds a Consol, an option to link to the existing consol is available
The option will not be shown if permission to create new consols has not be granted
Where the Job is already linked to a Consol, the option ‘Consol Registration’ will continue to open the Consol Registration screen at the Consol for the Job
