Release 27/10/21 – eCommerce (AU) – Auto Air Cargo Report Submission

In this release, Expedient will allow eCommerce users to submit Air Cargo Report automatically.

Auto ACR Submission Exclusion Config

The function is available on Forwarding -> eCommerce -> eCommerce Maintenance -> Auto ACR Submission Exclusion Config.

It allows users to list any trade lane they would like to exclude from auto cargo report submission. By default, users are not able to update the record on the screen unless permission is given via Administration -> User Permissions.

Users can specify eCommerce Consolidator (Mandatory) and Load Port (Optional) on the configuration screen. If the Consolidator & Load Port match with the corresponding fields on the Air Import Consol, the cargo report on the consol will not be auto-submitted.

Note: If the Load port is null on the configuration screen, it matches any load port on the Air Import Consol. It means that all cargo reports on the Air Import Consol with the specified consolidator will not be auto-submitted.

Auto Cargo Report Submission

When the cargo report reports are created via SFTP interfacing process or via Load process, the system will submit the cargo reports automatically if they pass the validation. The process will only allow the cargo reports on eCommerce Air consol to be submitted.

If you are interested in having the option, please contact Expedient Support.
