Release 29/09/21 – Import Container Management – Quarantine and Unpack date/times

This release includes an update to allow import container Unpack and more complete AU Quarantine information to be tracked in Import Container Management

Container Management -> Import Container Management has been updated in AU to show time fields after Quarantine Start and Quarantine End dates

At all Expedient sites, this screen will also show Unpack Date and Time

The following job event will be created when the fields are first populated, and updated.  The container number will be in the Event Reference

– Quarantine Start: QSC

– Quarantine End: QEC

– Unpack: UPC

This release includes an update to:

1. Import Job User Configured Reports [Report Scheduling -> User Configured Report Scheduling (Report Option: User Configured Import Job Report)]
2. Import Order User Configured Report [Order Management -> Reports -> Import -> Report Scheduling – User Configured]
3. Container Management User Configured Reports [Container Management -> Reports -> Report Scheduling (Report Option: User Configured Report)]

For Import Job Reports (1) and Import Order Reports (2) updates are as follows:

• Added new column options
  • Container Quarantine Start Time
  • Container Quarantine End Time
  • Container Unpack Date
  • Container Unpack Time
• Renamed column options:
  • “Quarantine Start” to “Container Quarantine Start Date”
  • “Quarantine End” to “Container Quarantine End Date”

For Container Management Reports (3) updates are as follows:

• Added new column options:
  • • Container Quarantine Start Time
    • Container Quarantine End Time
    • Container Unpack Date
    • Container Unpack Time
• Renamed column options:
  • “AQIS Start” to “Container Quarantine Start Date”
  • “AQIS End” to “Container Quarantine End Date”

Note: The renaming of column options will not affect column labels on existing reports.

All new column options data is pulled from Container Management screen:

Quarantine Start, Quarantine End and Unpack events can be received into Expedient via Transport EDI when the Transport Provider is QUBE.

Future releases will include showing these values in Partner Portal, and allowing Expedient format Transport EDI so populate the new fields
