This release provides an update to the NZ Customs Export Entry screen, ECI Entry screen and Export Air Job Registration screen.
Export Entry
- The Export Entry screen includes a Levy Type Field and a Levy Amount field for Drawbacks.
The Levy Type is populated from the TLF Masterfile. The Amount can be added and updated in the Export Entry screen.
- The Flight Number has been added to the Export Entry screen where the transport mode is AIR. The field will be populated automatically from the Air Export Job Registration screen but the flight number can be updated to a valid NZ Customs Flight number. For example flight number NZ008 can be entered in the Export Air Job Registration screen for FWB and FHL submission and the flight number can be updated to NZ8 in the Export Entry screen for NZ Customs submission.
On submission Expedient will check that the flight number is acceptable to NZ Customs. If the Export Entry type is Periodic (46) and the transport mode is Air the Flight Number will automatically show ‘PER AIR’ when the Export Entry is created.
Export ECI Entry
The screen has been updated to include the Flight Number where the transport mode is AIR. The field will be populated automatically from the Air Export Job Registration screen but the flight number can be updated to a valid NZ Customs Flight number. For example flight number NZ008 can be entered in the Export Air Job Registration screen for FWB and FHL submission and the flight number can be updated to NZ8 in the ECI Entry screen for NZ Customs submission.
This screen has also been updated to allow Comments to be added to the ECI Entry. To access the Comments click on Options.
Export Air Job Registration
The Flight No 1 field has been updated to allow ‘PER AIR’ to be entered for Periodic Entries.
