As part of the upcoming release, users will be able to select which occurrence of an event will be shown on the Output.
This will be available for Import Job reports at Report Scheduling -> User Configured Report Scheduling. There will now be an “Occurrence” column for reports. The Occurrence column will only be filled for event columns.
The available selections and outputs will match the below:
– First Occurrence = Shows the first time the Event occurred on the Job
– Last Occurrence = Shows the most recent time the Event occurred on the Job
– All Occurrence = Shows all of the times the Event occurred on the Job
For All Occurrences, Event note will not be an available format.
