This release includes updates to the Import and Export Booking screens, available from
- Order Management -> Imports -> Bookings
- Forwarding -> Bookings -> Import Bookings
- Order Management -> Exports -> Bookings
- Forwarding -> Bookings -> Export Bookings
Fields rearranged
The top of the Booking screen has been rearranged to move the Transport Mode, Transport Class and Docs Received fields before the House, Job and Consol fields e.g. Export Bookings
‘Create Job’
The ‘Create Job’ toolbar button, 
, and the link from the Options menu has been updated so that the option is only available if the Job Number in the Booking is blank. Where the booking is already linked to a Job, another Job cannot be created from the Booking
On selecting to ‘Create Job’ from the Booking screen, Expedient will now show the new Job Number number in the pop up confirmation, and ask if you would like to open the new Job, e.g.
Consol Number
The Consol Number field in the Booking screen will be updated when the Job linked to the booking is associated with a Consol Number. The Consol number field can be used in FIND mode to search for all bookings on a Consol
