This release includes updates to the Import Job and Export Job screens to improve the overview of linked bookings and access to the Booking screen and SOP from the Job
Linked Booking: Where the job is linked to Bookings, the Booking number is shown in the top right corner of the Job screen and appears as a link that can be clicked to open the Job screen
e.g. Expedient on the Web, Import Job
If the Job is linked to more than one booking, the work ‘MULTIPLE’ will appear instead of a booking number. Click on the link to access all the linked bookings
Link Option>Unlink Booking: The Link menu option, Link Booking, will change to ‘Unlink Booking’ where the job is already linked to a booking. On selecting the option, the connection between the Job Number and the Booking number is removed
Order Tracking options View Orders, View Booking: The Order Tracking menu options View Linked Orders and View Linked Bookings have been replaced by new menu optons View Orders and View Booking
SOP: Where there is an SOP saved to the Customer Masterfile for the Customer on the Job, the text SOP has been replaced with a link to the document. Click on ‘(SOP)’ in the top right corner to either open the document in your browser (Expedient on the Web) or open the document in your PDF reader (Expedient Desktop)
