In this release, we have added 6 new configuration options to the Customer Masterfile. These are to be used by users to determine which customers they want to receive a popup to link a booking/order from the job. This popup can be configured to show on add, update or both. On update, it will only show for jobs that are not already linked to orders or bookings.
These options are available for all users regardless of their order tracking status. If you do not have the order tracking module, the option will read “bookings” whereas if you have it turned on it will read
orders/bookings”.
If you used to see these popups on your order tracking customers, this setting will be turned on by default for those customer codes. This will be turned off for any non order tracking customer however you can update this should you wish to receive the booking popup for other customers.
