In this release, the “Delete Line” function has been added to Sea Outturn Report. The function will allow users to remove an outturn line from the submitted Sea Outturn Report in ICS.
A user can click Depot Receipt/Unpack screen>Options>Delete line to flag a submitted Sea Outturn line as “Delete Line”. When “Delete Line” is clicked, the Action Code will be set as “Delete Line”.
When the Sea Outturn Report Amendment is submitted to ICS, the outturn line will be removed from Sea Cargo Outturn Report.
If an Outturn line has been successfully deleted from the Sea Cargo Report in ICS, the EDI status on Depot Receipt/Unpack screen will display as “Deleted”.
