Any process that creates parts either manually, automatically or from file uploads will create a PARTADD event. Any process that classifies the part either manually or from file uploads will create a PARTCLASS event. Subsequent update of the Parts TLF will create another PARTCLASS event. Manual and file upload events will include the user name. Automated processes will show the user as ‘AUTO’
The events can be viewed from the Options menu in the Parts Masterfile
The screen will show when parts have been added and classified. The screen will also show any re-classification events. The most recent event will be at the top. Various reports have been updated to utilise this information.
Automatic Reports
Entry Lodgement Weekly Report (LODGEWK) – this XLS report will show statistics for all jobs lodged in the last 7 days
A similar format report is generated by Entry Lodgement Monthly Report (LODGEMTH) which shows all jobs lodged in the previous calendar month.
The existing automatic report Internal Broker Stats SPECTINT01 has been updated to include the No. of Parts classified by the Broker within the report date range. Administration Report – Log User Report has also been updated to include the Number of Parts Classified by the User.
The Unclassified Parts report has been updated to include the Job Number. The Bulk Classification process from Sundry>Down Load Data Files>Load Parts File has been updated to match. The Unclassified Parts template file load will now accept Job Number as a final column.
