In this release, we have added the ability to copy documents from a booking to a linked order or job. This is achieved by clicking on one or multiple documents within the booking documents tab and selecting either Copy to Order or Copy to Job at the bottom of the screen. These buttons are only available when a document has been selected and either an order or job exists for that booking.
The Copy to Order button brings up a modal listing all orders linked to the booking. Using the checkbox column, users can select which order they wish to copy the document to.
As Booking – Job is a 1:1 Relation, the Copy to Job button copies the selected document/s without opening a pop up.
This functionality has been added to both import and export bookings.
