Through Report Scheduling->User Configured Auto Reports, there will now be a new field in the Job and Consol Information Selection Criteria for your User Reports.
This will be Delivery Address for Import Job Reports
When the field has an entry, then the report will only show jobs that have used the Delivery address entered.
As Delivery addresses are saved against the client, the selection will only be available once you have a client code entered.
This field will only show each Delivery address at a job level, and will populate from the following field in Import Job Registration:
When the field is empty, the report will function the same as previously, showing all Import Job Delivery Addresses. So for Container delivery addresses, the report will only run for each job.
This is to allow users to show reports based on individual Delivery Addresses at the Job level.
In Export Job Reports, the new field will be Pick Up Address, placed under Transport Provider.
When the field has an entry, then the report will only show jobs that have used the Pick Up address entered. Again, since the addresses are saved against clients, you will have to enter a client code before accessing the Pick Up Address field.
This will be populated from the following location on Export Job Registration-> Transport (tab)
When the field is empty, the report will function the same as previously, showing all Export Job Pick Up Addresses.
This will show Full delivery details at a Job level from the Pick Up Address, and allow users to show reports based on different Pick Up Addresses per Client.
